2017-2018 Season Info
We are so excited to start the 2017-18 season! We have a few reminders, as well as some new information to share that will make this our most exciting season yet! Classes Begin Monday, August 28, 2017
Please come to class prepared, and dressed in proper attire. You can find the dress code for each class under Class Descriptions. No Class on Labor Day
There will be no class Monday, September 4, 2017. We will have class on Friday, September 1.
Office Hours We now have official office hours during the week! Our Office Manager Ashley Bonham will be in the office from 11am – 1pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Tuition Reminder Tuition will be due on the 1st of every month, starting September 1. There will be a $15 late-fee applied to accounts that are more than 10 days past due.
Payment Options AS OF AUGUST 28, 2017 WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING CHECKS AS A FORM OF PAYMENT. We will offer the following as payment options: 1. Auto-draft, set up through the website (Preferred payment method) 2. Online payments by card 3. E-mail/text invoices 4. Cash in the office
New Registration System We have switched online systems for registration and taking payments! This system is much more user-friendly and should make life a bit easier for you.
We will be sending every family an e-mail with a link to the new system and a password. Please use this to log in to the new system, as we have already transferred all currently enrolled students and their families. Once you have signed in, you will be able to change your password, check your class schedules, and make payments. Please be sure to double-check all contact information. Please make sure that once you have signed in to the new system, you view the online waiver, which goes over policies and dress codes. We need everyone to accept the waiver online, even if you already accepted the waiver on the old system.
Studio B is Open! Our new Studio B is open and ready for classes! Studio B is located right next door to the original studio space. Please note: Once classes start in Studio B, the front door will be locked! If a student should need to get into the studio during class time, they will need to enter through the back door.
